TTV are constantly adding new products to our range. In 2009 we added over 250 new flywheel designs to our range! and 2010 adding over 184 so far!

The Alloy pulley range is very popular with race engine builders and many designs have been added, more commonly with an inductive pulse pick up for ignition timming, as older engines are converted to run on "modern day" electronic engine managements systems.

TTV Racing have designed and manufactured flywheels for the new Ford 1.6 Direct Injection Turbo engine, currently offering front and rear wheel drive options to suit the standard diameter OE clutch kit.

Full race flywheels for use with 215mm, 200mm, 184mm and 140mm clutch options are also available on request. Below, the picture show the lightweight dual mass replacement standard clutch options for front and rear wheel drive.

The pictures shows this clutch and flywheel assembly mounted to a customers 700bhp, 680lbs/ft VW VR6 Turbo engine and was designed to transmit the specified tourque through four wheel drive transmission.
