Welcome to the TTV Racing Components web site. We pride ourselves in being a well established precision engineering company which was started in 1989. Our aim has always been to provide a high quality, well engineered product at a sensible price.

CNC machined single piece billet steel flywheels with integral teeth fully dynamically balanced with inductive pulse pick-up, bearings, dowel pins and aircraft grade clutch retaining bolts where appropriate.

Lightweight alloy engine pulleys with or without inductive pulse pick-up, under drive option, vernier, internal key ways, complete kits and stainless steel fixings where appropriate.

Ultra High tensile head studs, wheels studs and fixings.

Valve guides made from cupro-nickel (Trojan), a material considered world wide to be the best available for valve guides.

Brake components including caliper brackets, disc bells.

Bespoke billet clutch slave cylinders.

Suppliers of ARP fixings.

Anodising and Hard anodising.

Zinc passivate plating.

Heat treatment including Tuftriding, case hardening and induction hardening.

Electronic dynamic balancing.

Design and manufacture service for one off's or batch work.

Our products are supplied to well known race engine builders, race teams and retail outlets world wide, we also manufacture OE components for motor manufacturers.

There is deliberately no phone number on this site as we would prefer the public to deal with our stockist's where possible.
